If at any point you decide to move on from our services, the process is simple: you can let us know in writing, and with 30 days’ notice we’ll work together to ensure a smooth transition. Likewise, if there ever comes a time when our firm needs to step away, we will provide the same courtesy; issuing a formal disengagement letter so that responsibilities and next steps are clearly outlined.
When a disengagement occurs, our priority is to make sure you are set up for success moving forward. We will coordinate with you to wrap up any work in progress and return original documents as needed. Our goal is to leave you with your records in good order and provide clarity so you can continue your financial management with confidence, whether on your own or with a new provider.
