Preparing for change and planning for a successful future requires you knowing the truth about how your business is doing right now, and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution to give you that clarity.
We know this because we’ve been sharing business truths for a long time, across multiple industries and technologies.
We were early adopters of QuickBooks and Xero. What you need depends on your business.
What we recommend to you is custom advice.
I started Beyond Balanced Books over thirty years ago. For the first twenty years of business, I was the business, which is why I’m so focused on making sure our clients get the support they need to be able to step out of the daily operations and look at the bigger picture. I have a personal understanding of the rollercoaster running a business means, which is why I still love being hands-on in the firm, giving strategic advice to our clients, and helping the team to grow.
When I’m not fixing a problem for a client, I’m fixing up some homemade jam, spending time with my family, or getting lost in the beauty of the great outdoors.

The Beyond team loves working with clients and getting to know them. From recording, reconciling, and reviewing, to helping a client get started with their books, to assisting with out of the ordinary transactions, we enjoy digging in and learning what’s important to make our clients’ lives easier. We are excellent listeners and love what we do!
I am a fourth-time entrepreneur and I know how critical the support I have received from Beyond has been to ensure that my finances stay in order. I have confidence in the validity of our numbers and trust the historical analysis as a basis for future planning. Beyond has kept me in ship shape since Day 1 of my business and I really appreciate their proactive prompts about items before they become an issue.
